The Playback area is based on a XT3 Server on the 10GbE network and X-Net. Typically configured as 4input and 4output channels in HD the operator has two controllers with tally and picture monitoring of all studio cameras and mixer auxiliary feeds.

A watch folder is setup to automatically transcode media deliveries to the playback machine.

The record machine is an XS4 service typically configured as 7in 1out in HD.

Using the IPDirector and XTAccess servers we export studio recordings across both machines to client Hard Drives and in house backup storage.

RTVS can also support Avid Media Composer edits with Interplay and Nexis storage for real time editing of studio content.
