Bringing all the UK employees and partners together at the height of the Covid pandemic was no mean feat. We worked with specialist at KPX to enable 1000 participants to interact with host Claudia Winkleman in the audience but uniquely Claudia could bring any of them into a “hotseat” for a one-to-one chat. We also linked live with Lenovo’s technology centre in China to see the latest development in their labs. The whole 1 hour broadcast was streamed using our diverse internet connectivity, but given the critical importance we offered the backup of a second ISP we rule out a single point of failure.
